Service Description

These six 60 minute classes cover breathing techniques, labouring positions, movements to help ease your growing body and finish with a guided relaxation. Suitable from 12+ weeks pregnant and all levels of yoga including beginners. What you will need for class: A Yoga mat Bolster, cushion or a couple of bed pillows Water to drink Wear comfortable clothes you can move about in If you want to feel educated, relaxed and ready to welcome your baby, why not give it a try? The course runs for 6 consecutive weeks over Zoom at 20:00. You will receive access to the class recordings via my private YouTube channel for the duration of the course to rewatch or catch up in your own time.
